Penn State Paw Prints: Cloud-Based Printing Solutions for Campus Community

As part of its commitment to providing top-notch quality service, Penn State has introduced Paw Prints, a cloud-based, pay-as-you-go printing solution available at kiosks across campus. Located in strategic spots, these kiosks offer convenience and ease of use for University Park faculty, staff, and students.

When placing an order, customers can opt to pick up their prints at either the Hostetter Building or the id+ Office, both located on the lower level of the HUB-Robeson Center. The Multimedia and Print Center (MPC) is responsible for processing these orders, ensuring that customers receive their printing and copying needs in a timely manner.

'We are committed to providing quality service across all of our units, including handling the printing and copying needs of University Park campus faculty, staff, and students,' said David Snyder, associate vice president of Auxiliary and Business Services. 'With Paw Prints, we aim to exceed customer expectations by offering an easy-to-use online portal that allows users to place orders from desktop or mobile devices.'

PSU Prints is a user-friendly tool that enables customers to order prints, posters, stationery, and more with just a few clicks. The service offers the same level of quality and timeliness as traditional printing methods, with the added convenience of being able to pick up orders at their preferred location.

As part of the transition process, faculty, staff, and students who previously used the HUB Cop.central location for all their printing and copying needs will have new options starting Wednesday, May 10. The id+ Office will take over as the primary location for making copies or printing files, providing a seamless experience for customers.
